Shop Sales
All shop sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, in accordance with UAE law for used items.
UAE Orders (Website & WhatsApp)
For local UAE orders placed through the website or WhatsApp, items are eligible for return within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with full original packaging (dust bag, cards, etc.), and The Closet security tag must remain attached for the return to be accepted.
International Orders – Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be returned in the same condition, with full original packaging (dust bag, cards, etc.), and The Closet security tag must be attached.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours. Refunds are processed only through the original method of payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
For international returns, a tracking number is mandatory. To avoid unnecessary returns, please carefully review the product description and photos before purchasing, and feel free to request additional details or images prior to placing an order.
Pick-Up Policy:
Customers have 3 calendar days from the date of placing the order to collect their item from the store.
Upon pickup, customers are required to inspect the item in-store and confirm whether they wish to:
- Proceed with the purchase
- Request an exchange
- Cancel the order
This must be done before leaving the premises.
If the order is not collected within 3 days, it will be automatically marked as completed and accepted. No refund, cancellation, or exchange will be permitted thereafter.
Once the item has been collected and taken from the store, the sale is considered final and binding. No refund or exchange will be allowed.
Shipping
We offer free local delivery and international shipping on orders above AED 3,000 (USD 850).
International orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
