Returns:

In-Store Sales are final. No returns and No exchange as per UAE law for used items.

Online Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of the date received. Items must be in the exact same condition, including dust bags, cards, etc.). In addition, The Closet's black security tag MUST be still attached in order for us to accept the return. We will process the refund request within 72 hours. All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

Please note that delivery fees of 35 AED are non-refundable for orders below 3000 AED.

For international order returns, a tracking number must be provided. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and view the product images carefully and do not hesitate to ask more questions or request for more photos.
