Country-Specific Requirements

Saudi Arabia

Fine jewelry requires an original stamped invoice for customs clearance — please confirm this is included in the item description before ordering. A valid Saudi Post SPL National Address (8-character short address, e.g. RCTB4359) is mandatory at checkout. Missing or incorrect SPL details may result in delays, returns, or additional charges.

India

Due to Indian import regulations, only brand-new items may be shipped to India. Pre-owned, consignment, or previously worn pieces cannot be imported. Only items from our Brand New Pieces collection are eligible for delivery to this destination. Non-compliant orders may be cancelled.

Egypt

We operate a dedicated Egypt store at eg.theclosetonlineshop.com. Orders from our UAE selection are possible but subject to customs duties, import taxes, and extended delivery timelines. We have successfully facilitated such orders for customers willing to wait and cover the applicable charges.

In-Store Pickup

Upon pickup Items must be inspected in-store before leaving. At that point you may proceed with the purchase, request an exchange, or cancel. Once taken from the premises, the sale is final.
Uncollected orders Orders not collected within 3 days are automatically marked as completed and accepted. No refund, exchange, or cancellation will be permitted thereafter.

Customs & Duties

Customs charges All import duties, taxes, and clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable, including in the event of a return or refused delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for estimates prior to ordering.
Invoice declaration We are legally required to declare the full invoice value on all shipments. We cannot undervalue parcels or mark them as gifts.
