No Returns or Exchanges
All shop sale purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, in accordance with United Arab Emirates law applicable to pre-owned items.

Conditions for return
Item must be in the same condition as received, with full original packaging (dust bag, cards, etc.). The Closet security tag must remain attached for the return to be accepted.
International Orders

Item must be returned in the same condition, with full original packaging (dust bag, cards, etc.) and The Closet security tag attached.
Refund processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is initiated within 24 hours. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
Tracking requirement
A tracking number is mandatory for all international returns.
Please note: To avoid unnecessary returns, we encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions and photos before purchasing. Feel free to request additional images or details prior to placing your order.
How to Return an Item
Request a return
Log in to My Account using the same email address you used for your order. Go to Orders, select the order, and click Request return. Choose the item(s), tell us the reason for your return, and submit. You'll receive an email once your return has been reviewed, with the next steps.
Return fee
AED 35
Handling & Shipping
The return fee of AED 35 covers handling and shipping, and is deducted from your refund.
In-Store Pickup

Upon pickup
Items must be inspected in-store before leaving. At that point you may choose to:
- — Proceed with the purchase
- — Request an exchange
- — Cancel the order
This must be confirmed before leaving the premises. Once an item has been taken from the store, the sale is considered final and binding — no refund or exchange will be permitted.
Uncollected orders: Orders not collected within 3 days are automatically marked as completed and accepted. No refund, cancellation, or exchange will be permitted thereafter.

Dispatch time
