Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to the brand’s audience.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by interacting with followers and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends and provide innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s online presence.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Emirati Arabic with an authentic Emirati accent and strong cultural understanding.
- Native or primary connection to Comoros or Somalia preferred.
- Recent graduate from an Emirati university (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus.
- Passion for storytelling and an eye for aesthetic content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
