- Online Orders Returns (Local & International Orders): Please ensure the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including The Closet's Security Tag (Black Tag), as well as any other item(s) included in packaging such as dust bags, cards, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- International orders returns: tracking number must be provided. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and check the product photos carefully.
