Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Showcase product features and benefits to potential customers, actively promoting sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to manage basic store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, communicate replenishment needs.
• Schedule flexibility and dependability

Qualifications:.

• Arabic speaking is a plus
• Can join Immediately
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Retail is a must
• Preferably with excellent communication skills. (English )
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer’s issues and complaints.
• Excellent Computer Knowledge: Microsoft excel and outlook.
• Preferable excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumtances.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and a team player.
