Returns:
Shop Sales are final, no return nor exchange as per UAE law for used items
For UAE orders through website and Whatsapp; once received the items, please check the item/s and try and the courier will be waiting for you to confirm the order, no returns nor exchange will be accepted once courier left and order delivered.
For International Orders returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of the date received in the same condition, full packing (dust bag, cards...etc), and the closet's security tag MUST be attached to accept returns. We will initiate the refund within 24 hours of receipt and all refunds will be done only through the original method of payment. The refund process will take minimum of 7-10 working days to complete.
For international orders returns, a tracking number must be provided. In order to avoid unnecessary returns,please read the description and view the photos carefully and do not hesitate to ask more questions and request more photos.

We offer free local delivery & international shipping for orders above AED3000 ($850). We are shipping international orders within 48 hours after receiving payments (excluding weekends and public holidays)
