In-Store: All sales are final per UAE law for pre-owned items.
Online: 3-day return window from delivery date for full refund.
Items must be unworn in original condition with all accessories (dust bags, cards, etc.) and The Closet's black security tag still attached. Refunds processed within 72 hours to original payment method.
